I am an associate-level counselor, and I currently work with children, adolescents and young adults who are experiencing struggles related to anxiety, depression, previous child abuse/neglect and other trauma histories, self-esteem, and family conflict. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and offer personalized care tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. I am committed to creating a safe space for you to explore and express your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I am trained in Brainspotting.
